Chad Dickerson, the firm’s founder and CEO, has always enjoyed working with clients who have entrepreneurial, independent spirits, finding solutions to help them achieve their ideas while minimizing their risk. His experience working in some of the largest firms in the country and grinding to build his own practice has given him an excellent background to assess and successfully handle a wide array of business issues, from such diverse scenarios as drafting contracts and advising on privacy issues to issuing private equity to raise capital.

Chad is also a firm believer in setting a plan to handle end of life decisions and transfer of wealth.
